Does Distance Energy Healing Work? How Remote Emotion Code Sessions Reach You Anywhere

It is the question I am asked more than any other, and it deserves a proper answer. Here is how healing at a distance actually works, and what my clients around the world experience.

When Daniela first contacted me from Brazil, she was skeptical, and understandably so. She was on the exact opposite side of the planet from me here in New Zealand. How could anything meaningful happen across fourteen thousand kilometres of ocean?

After several Heart-Wall sessions for her and two of her rescue dogs, she wrote this:

"Although Katerina and I are on opposite sides of the globe, distance was no barrier to her incredible work. That night was the first time in ages that I slept through the entire night and felt truly rested."

Her experience is not unusual. Most of my practice is conducted remotely, with clients across New Zealand, Europe, and the Americas. So let us look honestly at the question: how can energy healing possibly work at a distance?

The short answer: we work with energy, not proximity

The Emotion Code does not rely on physical touch, needles, or anything applied to your body. It works by communicating with your subconscious mind and releasing trapped emotional energy. And energy, unlike a massage, is not limited by geography.

Think about how naturally you already accept this in daily life. You can feel tension radiating from someone before they say a word. You think of an old friend moments before they call. Mothers often sense when something is wrong with a child who is far away. We are more connected than the map suggests.

The Emotion Code simply works with that connection in a focused, intentional way.

How proxy testing works

In an in-person session, I use gentle muscle testing on your body to ask your subconscious yes and no questions. In a remote session, I use what is called proxy testing: with your permission, I act as the proxy, testing on my own body on your behalf.

Here is the sequence:

  1. Permission first. Your subconscious is always asked whether it is willing to work this way. Nothing proceeds without that yes.
  2. Connection. Through focused intention, I connect with your energy field. Practitioners around the world use this method daily, and the responses come through just as clearly as they do in person.
  3. Identification. Using the Emotion Code chart, we find each trapped emotion that is ready to release, exactly as we would face-to-face.
  4. Release. Each emotion is released with magnetic energy over the governing meridian, through the proxy connection.
  5. Disconnection. At the end of the session, the connection is respectfully closed.

The remarkable thing, which surprised even me when I trained, is that the results are indistinguishable from in-person work. The subconscious does not seem to care about distance at all.

What a remote session actually looks like

There are two ways we can work at a distance, and both are equally effective.

Live online sessions

We meet by video or phone call at your booked time. We chat briefly, then I carry out the testing and releasing while you simply relax at home. Many clients love being able to curl up on their own sofa with a cup of tea, rather than travelling anywhere. You hear each finding as it happens and can ask anything along the way.

Email sessions

For animals and children, I work entirely by email. I complete the session in quiet focus and send you a full written report of every emotion found and released, including when it became trapped. Families often tell me the report becomes something they keep and reread.

Why remote sessions can actually work better

Some clients who have experienced both tell me they prefer distance sessions. There are good reasons for that:

An honest word

I will not pretend distance healing is easy to explain in conventional terms. What I can tell you is what I observe, session after session: accurate findings that mean something specific to the client, and real shifts in sleep, mood, and old patterns in the days that follow, from people I have never met in person.

You do not need to take my word for it, and you do not need to believe in it for it to work. One session is enough to have your own experience, and your own experience is worth more than any explanation. If you are curious about the process itself, start with what to expect in your first session.

Good to know

Distance healing questions, answered

Yes. Because we communicate with the subconscious mind rather than working on the physical body, proxy testing produces the same findings and the same releases as in-person work. Most of my practice is remote for exactly this reason.

Only relax. For live sessions we talk by video or phone while I do the testing. For email sessions you do not need to be available at all; the work is done in quiet focus and you receive a full written report.

My online calendar shows available times in your local time zone automatically. And for email sessions, time zones do not matter at all, which makes them ideal for clients far from New Zealand.

Beautifully, yes. Children and animals cannot sit still for appointments, so remote email sessions are actually the ideal format for them. Distance is no barrier when working with the subconscious.

No. The work happens at the level of the subconscious, not conscious belief. Skeptics are warmly welcome, and many of them become my most enthusiastic clients after their first session.
